Dr Ruttenberg holds a PhD in Neuroscience and AI Ethics from University College London and University Cambridge. He is a Senior Digital Innovator, Thought and Strategy Leader and holds 10 patents in sensory accommodation, attention, and mental health technology. Dr Ruttenberg is a 3x founder/entrepreneur and has most recently led his start-up Phoeb-X, Inc. from concept to seed funding to pending IP merger/acquisition, developing clinically-validated wearables for autism/ADHD workplace, education, and social inclusion. He is a tenured Fulbright Specialist combining 30+ years of cross-sector leadership in music production as a former GRAMMY producer to university trustee to health technologist with expertise in ethical integration and multimodal learning analytics.
