Venture Nurture Program (VNP)

A 6-Month Incubation Program for Early-Stage Startups

Cohort 3 is coming. Applications for the third cohort of the Venture Nurture Program (VNP) will be opening soon, and if you’re an early-stage founder ready to move from idea to traction, this is your moment.

VNP is a 6-month incubation journey designed to help startups turn early ideas into real, testable, and fundable products. We work closely with founders to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to what they’re building.

This is a hands-on environment built for execution, not theory, not pitch-only sessions, and not passive advice.

We don’t write checks or provide direct funding. Instead, we invest our time, access, and deep involvement into helping founders build stronger companies that are better prepared for customers, growth, and investment.

What You Get

Venture Nurture Program is built around consistent founder engagement, structured touchpoints, and access to a wider ecosystem that helps startups move forward with clarity and momentum.

Founders typically engage with:

Program Structure

The program runs for 6 months and is split into two phases: lay the foundation, then build the product.

Phase 1
Validation & Infrastructure Planning

Months 1–3
This is where you stop guessing and start validating. You’ll pressure-test your idea, understand your users, and define what you’re actually building, and why.

What we’ll work on together:

Customer Discovery
Help you interview users, map journeys, and uncover real pain points.
Early Concept Testing
Build low-fidelity wireframes. Show them to real people. Adjust.
Business Model Thinking
Clarify your value. Explore monetization. Avoid startup buzzword bingo.
Regulatory Landscape
Know what rules apply to your space, before they become obstacles.
Technical Architecture
Define your stack, logic, and systems. Plan like you're building a company, not just a product.
Agile Delivery Setup
Establish your sprint cycle, documentation style, and team roles.
Mentorship & Strategy Sessions
Weekly reviews with mentors and product leads to sharpen the plan.
By the end of Phase 1, you'll have:

Phase 2
Prototype Development & Testing

Months 4–6
Now we build. This is where your product starts to look and feel real, and you start getting the kind of feedback you can only get from putting something in front of people.

UI/UX & Visual Design
High-fidelity designs, built using tools like Figma or Framer.
Interactive Prototype
Simulate core flows and product logic, frontend with partial backend behavior.
User Testing Loops
Run structured testing sessions. Capture insights. Iterate quickly.
Documentation for MVP Transition
Map features, define logic, highlight known edge cases.
Brand & Messaging Alignment
Make sure the product, pitch, and brand are speaking the same language.
Demo Readiness & E-Expo Pitching
You’ll close the program by pitching at our Janus E-Expo, a private showcase in front of mentors, founders, and early-stage investors.
By the end of Phase 2, you'll walk away with:

How We Work With Founders

We stay flexible in how we engage, because every startup moves differently.

Some founders need closer collaboration, others need lighter structure and periodic guidance. We adjust based on what actually helps each team move forward.

What matters most is commitment to building and willingness to move with momentum.

Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for early-stage founders who are actively building or ready to start.

You have an early-stage startup or a well-formed concept with a committed team

You’re ready to make consistent progress over time

You want to build, test, refine, and move toward real traction

You’re open to feedback, iteration, and working closely with a support system

Founders from all backgrounds are welcome, including those from first-generation immigrant journeys, though this is not a requirement

Why Janus Innovation Hub?

Because we don’t operate like a traditional accelerator, we build alongside founders.

We don’t focus on writing checks. We focus on helping founders build something strong enough that capital, customers, and opportunities follow naturally.

If you’re looking for a grounded, engaged, and execution-focused environment where people actually work with you on the journey, this is it.
